Return any unopened, re-saleable merchandise (subject to some restrictions).

What are your party planning options?
BottleWorks knows each party’s needs are different, that’s why we work with you to create a fully-customizable plan personalized for your specific event and party needs. We offer Mix/Max and case discounts as well. Want a full bar? No problem! Need sodas? OK!
What is the refund policy?
As long as the merchandise is unopened and re-saleable we welcome you to return what you don’t use. (subject to some restrictions)
Do you deliver?
We offer in-county, FREE delivery for orders with a minimum of $300. Pre-chilled options prior to delivery are also available.
*BottleWorks cannot deliver outside of Harford County.
